Do I need to sign the House Rules Agreement before check-in?
Yes, all guests must electronically sign the House Rules Agreement before check-in. This ensures compliance with our policies and a smooth stay. You'll receive a link to complete this step before your arrival.
Why do I need to verify my ID before check-in?
ID verification is required as part of our security regulations. You’ll receive a pre-check-in link where you must upload a photo of your ID. This helps ensure the safety of all guests and prevents fraudulent bookings.
What happens if I break the house rules (e.g., throw a party or smoke inside)?
Dinbnb has a strict No-Party Policy and other house rules to maintain a peaceful environment. Violations can result in:
Immediate cancellation without a refund
A fine of NOK 7500 for parties
Fines starting at NOK 1000 for smoking, loud noise, or littering
Additional charges for damages, extra cleaning, or lost keys/fobs
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests who cancel 30 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund, minus transaction fees, while those canceling 15 to 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in, no-shows, or early departures. Reservation modifications are subject to availability and rate adjustments. In cases of force majeure, refunds may be granted at Dinbnb’s discretion.
